Candace Gates, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Oasis Women’s Wellness Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She provides high-quality, individualized care to female patients ages 14 and up.
Dr. Gates completed her Bachelor of Science in physiology at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She earned her medical degree and completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, where she was education chief resident.

To share her knowledge and expertise, Dr. Gates spent three years on the faculty at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. She has extensive research experience and is also the author of numerous industry publications and conference presentations.

Dr. Gates is a member of the National Medical Association, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Medical Association. In addition, she is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
